Shakiran is Done and I’m Busy with My Next Book

Well, my new novella for the Tamisan Series has been out for a few weeks now and I’m trying to start a new book, write a bonus scene for Enigma, edit The Alien, and learn more about book marketing. So I’ve been a bit busy.

On top of all that, I had to help my dad move house. He’s 80 years old and has accumulated a lot of stuff over the years, so it was a big job. The best thing about it was how much he threw out. It’s freeing to de-clutter your life. It’s also freeing to give yourself permission to go after your dreams and set yourself some goals. I haven’t looked back since I did that a few years ago, and now I’m working on book number six.

I love writing and often say that I’ll never retire from it. It’s not like work; it’s fun to immerse my mind in another world and create characters and situations that bring my imagination to life – and then to share it all with others.
